Born in Shanghai, Ms. Ni studied educational psychology. Ms. Ni spent a number of years at the Shanghai Academy of Education as a teacher, researcher and scholar in the field of pedagogy and educational psychology.
 Subsequently, she provided the groundwork and leadership for the HR function for two major corporations, Siemens’ and Boehringer Ingelheim, in China for a total of 7 years.Ms. Ni is fluent in Chinese, English and German, and appreciates both the Chinese and western cultures.
In August 2001, Ms. Ni established her own consulting company in Shanghai in the area of human resources, and provided many HR services to multinational corporations in China.
 Recently, Ms. Ni merged her company and businesses with Onpress International as the partner-in-charge of HR services and established the Division of HR Services within this group.
