Onpress has launched a new project, the Career Development Perspectives (CDP) services, for our qualified candidates. What is CDP? It is a service of counseling and consulting for the candidates such that they can be presented in the best light to any prospective employer. We provide advices on CV optimization, all aspects of the interview and the best personal presentation, i.e., the qualities and skills in a manner which will reflect the candidate¡¯s communication, people and leadership skills in the best light. Using our extensive experience in the recruitment field, we can also help candidates analyze, understand and articulate their career goals. Although the project has been launched successfully, we do have a number of questions raised frequently from candidates. Here, I¡¯d like to address some of the most frequently asked questions: 1. ¡°I am a successful manager. I think I know how to write a good CV and make a terrific presentation. Is your service necessary to me?¡± Based on our experience, nearly all of our candidates need such services while most of them don¡¯t realize that. Allow me to ask a simple question: do you know what your strengths are? Usually, our candidates don¡¯t know how to answer this question. Maybe they are successful in a certain field, but they don¡¯t get a chance or don¡¯t know how to analyze themselves. We can help them in this regard. 2. Why do you charge the candidates for these services? As these services are personally tailor-made for the candidates; the individual candidate will benefit the most from these counseling services; and that is the reason why we charge the candidates. 3. Can you introduce job opportunities to me? Instead of offering limited existing opportunities, we take a more active way of marketing our candidates to the prospective employers:
4. Can you guarantee to find a job for me? No, there is no guarantee that we can help you find the ideal job. However, we do believe that the tools we¡¯re using will be of great benefits to you for the long-term and in the time of your working life. |
