Every one will receive all kinds of greetings during the coming new year, but maybe you have to face such questions from your friends: How was the performance of your company last year? What¡¯s your position after your company¡¯s restructure? How about your current remuneration? Are you promoted? Do you want to change job? ¡¡

Facing these questions, you will be happy or nervous? Anyway, the inside and external changes from the environment can take us into a sense of imbalance.

Why always at the end of the year?

Actually, this kind of pressure has existed for some time, but breaks out at the end of a year, that is, the company has been experiencing a turbulence all the time, your relationships with colleagues are not so good, your capabilities are not recognized by your boss, or, you wish to earn more¡¡..

Facing these issues, you may get confused or even fall into a deep depression.  The worst thing is that you would make a hasty decision, such as resigning from your employer while assuming the possibility of being sacked, or accepting a new job offer without a full and careful consideration.

As a professional, are you disturbed by such pressures? Let¡¯s have a test for your psychological state.

1. Do things in a wrong way most of time.

2. In a state of being forced to do things.

3. Dyspepsia.

4. Bad appetite.

5. Insomnia.

6. Swirl and dazzle.

7. Full of disappointment.

8. Feel too tired.

9. Worry about the trifle of things.

10. Cannot relax at night.

11. Wake up easily at midnight.

12. Hard to make a decision.

13. A lot of worries and trepidations.

14. Lack of passion, even to the likelihood of personal advantages.

15. Do not want to try new things.

You should be alert, if more than half of answers to the above questions are ¡®Yes¡¯.  Because under great pressure, psychological problems could have come to you.  You need to relax and have a good rest; otherwise, something worse and un-becoming can happen to you.

You need to find out in your own way how to un-mind when you come across psychological imbalances.  The problem could be settled by making a calm analysis to find out the causes, by paying attention to things besides your work, that is, your family, personal health, etc., by relaxing yourself, by talking with friends and/or taking some psychological training.

May every friend get through the end of year with a peaceful mind!
