Dear Sir/Madam,
I'd like to introduce to you a new
project we wish to undertake. Throughout our experience in
the past 10 years in the recruitment field for multinational
firms, our experience tells us that there is a need for the
Career Development Perspectives (CDP) services in a rapidly
expanding and vast market such as China.
We've decided to meet this market
need!And make our expertise available to many qualified candidates,
who wish to pursue a career in the multinational environment.
In this package, we'll explain
to you what is CDP. Essentially, CDP is a service of counseling
and consulting the Candidate such that he/she can be presented
in the best light to any prospective employer. We will advise
you on how to optimize your CV so that you can get into the
door to meet with your prospective employer. Secondly, we
can advise you on all aspects of the interview; how to best
present yourself, your qualities and skills in a manner which
will reflect your communication, people and leadership skills
in the best light. Using our extensive experience in the recruitment
field, we can also help you analyze, understand and articulate
your career goals. Our goal is to help you adopt a correct
career strategy and find the right job in this exercise; however,
we do wish to impart to you the knowledge of using the right
techniques of improving yourself in your presentations, and
instill into you these life-long, useful and pragmatic skills.
We'll market the candidates to
the prospective employers in the following manner:
(1)We'll send out, by mail and
e-mail, a monthly broadcast of at least 50 available candidates;
without identifying the candidate, we'll list each candidate's
qualifications, experience and operating strengths, and suggest
what type and level of position should each candidate be considered;
and indicate that the prospective employer will pay us a fee
in cash equivalent to 25% of the appointee's first annual
cash compensation if and only if any candidate is hired, and
otherwise there is no employment or recruitment cost involved;
we will not charge the candidate for any fees associated with
such activities whatsoever;
(2)We'll send the broadcast and
these data to the CEO and HR Director, and any interested
party;
(3)We'll then follow up with telephone
calls to each addressee;
(4)If a prospective employer
is interested in a certain candidate, then we'll clear with
the candidate concerned before we send the detailed information
and identity of the selected candidate to the prospective
employer;
(5)And based on our experience,
this has turned out to be a very effective way of recruitment
for both the prospective employer and the candidate, and we
can control the quality of services for all parties.
In the final analysis, our aim
is to help the candidate find the right and rewarding job.
Although there is no guarantee that we can help you find the
ideal job, we do believe that the tools we're using will be
of great benefits to you for the long-term and in your life-time.
