- More than 2 years experience in multinational companies in sales, marketing,
HR, internal consultant role; executive search experience will
be advantageous
- Someone who can make things happen, performance-driven
- Must be interested in people with an analytical and inquisitive mind
2. Responsibilities
- Analyze each assignment with the team members
- Assist the Consultant in the French Division
- Collect relevant information on target candidates and target companies
- Conduct preliminary screening for the target candidates
- Assist consultants in candidates interview
- Compile an information base on industries and candidates
