How We Work
We first work closely with the client's top management in order to understand and define the training needs. A detailed training program proposal is then presented to the client for consideration. If necessary, we will carry out field visits with the client's target employees in order to fully understand the employees' operating environment and to solicit the employee's views on training. Together with the client, we will fine-tune the proposal and then implement the program according to the agreed schedule and actions. Our training programs are conducted by experienced consultants; if necessary, we will also invite the participation of guest speakers and professional trainers.
